Workshop: The First Swallow
£50.00‘The First Swallow’ is a group workshop delivered over 2 hours introducing you to the core elements of our practice with group coaching and therapy, group discussion, theoretical presentation, embodied practices and demonstrations, and Movement Medicine ®.
