Workshop: The First Swallow
£50.00‘The First Swallow’ is a group workshop delivered over 2 hours introducing you to the core elements of our practice with group coaching and therapy, group discussion, theoretical presentation, embodied practices and demonstrations, and Movement Medicine ®. If you want to get a taste of what working with Daniela and Jacob is about then this is the workshop for you. You will be welcomed and supported in a safe space by group leaders. Imagine your voice is not only heard, but is a catalyst for yours and other peoples transformation as you and a strong community cry, laugh, love, dance and celebrate together towards authenticity. Forget positive affirmations and manifestation techniques, we’ll be inviting real discussion and embodied movement with curiosity, confidence and compassion.

The Nest
£100.00‘The Nest’ is our 1-hour, one-off, 1-1 session. You have a specific problem, a goal, or a challenge that you’d like to address and you’re not in a need or the space and mood to get the kitchen sink out over 3 months like our ‘Chrysalis’ and ‘Homecoming’ would require of you. The Nest is our ‘your best friend’ offer, you come here when you need to offload; rant or vent, the only difference with us is you get epiphanies, catharsis and transformation as well as relief, feeling seen and heard. In this one hour you will be met with compassion, clarity, confidence and courage and you will walk away with a new perspective and understanding, giving rise to a new way of feeling and looking at your life. You do not need any prior experience, just a willingness and curiosity.
